All Rocketman Tachs are converted to modern movements with state of the art circuitry. These
are not repaired or rebuilt tachometers - the only original parts used are the dial, bracket, case and pointer.
So what does that mean?
It means that you are getting a brand new tachometer with only one moving part, the same technology used
everyday in automobiles, boats and aircraft world wide. It also means that your converted or new
tachometer will plug directly into your MSD tach port with NO tach adapter! Best of all, your tachometer will bolt right in like
the OEM unit and do all of this while still looking original when installed.
It also means that you are no longer relying on 50+ year old technology that can leave you stranded. Anyone who
has ever been stranded by a Ford inline tach can tell you it's not an experience they want to repeat. So why take the
chance?
My tachometers are BRAND NEW inside, professionally built in the USA to my specifications and are about half the price of 50 year old technology repaired with used 50 year old parts or the homemade 3 wire conversions offered by other shops. My tach movements are so good that I offer THE ONLY LIFETIME WARRANTY in the business. In fact, that warranty applies to clock and ammeter conversions as well.
* I have been told that some people will not work on the aftermarket Rally-Pacs or the Faria style Tachometers
with plastic cases and stop pins at zero. Don't worry, these tachometers are no problem at RCCI.

Comes with a 'red' pointer that looks like the pointer did when new.

M7123S: 1971-1973 Ford Mustang Tachometer for cars without factory tachometer
This Mustang innovation is a tach for Mustangs that had no tach! This tachometer is a drop in replacement for the 'idiot light' cluster in 1971-1973 Mustangs. It is made from the warning light cluster itself and retains the four warning lights with the original text (hidden until activated), but adds a Mach 1 style tachometer with modern movement. The tach is designed to match the speedometer and look like a factory tach. It has a competition orange pointer and is only available in factory black in the 8000 RPM range.

M7123SC: 1971-1973 Mustang Tachometer for cars with Oil-Amps-Temp gauge package but no tachometer
The Rocketman does it again!
This Mustang innovation is a tach for Mustangs that have Oil-Amps-Temp gauge package but no tachometer.
It is a drop in replacement for the cluster clock with ONE 'idiot light' in 1971-1973 Mustangs.
It retains the single 'BRAKES' warning light with the original text (hidden until activated), but adds a Mach 1 style tachometer with modern movement.
The tach is designed to match the speedometer and look like a factory tach.

Volt Meters
All Rocketman Volt Meters are converted to state of the art circuitry. These
are not repaired or rebuilt meters - the only original parts used are the dial, case and pointer.
Unless you request otherwise they are calibrated to read centered at 13VDC, so you can tell at a glance what your charging system is doing - to the right of center is charging, to the left of center indicates discharge.
Volt meter works with all 12 volt charging systems - original, 1 wire, internal regulator, external regulator, etc.
The pointer will NOT be centered like an Amp gauge without power. When unpowered the needle will sweep far left to show 0 volts.
Mustang Volt Meters come with a 'fluorescent red' pointer that looks like the pointer did when new.
Ammeter conversion and prices are for OEM ammeters only - NOT new aftermarket ammeters. I do not convert aftermarket meters.

M6566V - Ammeter conversion to Volt Meter for 1965 GT and all 1966 Ford Mustangs
The M6566V is an OEM type Amp meter from a 65 GT or 66 Mustang converted to read volts.
It uses the original amp scale, but has been modified to indicate charge/discharge by voltage. If you want a face that shows volts, select the M6566VO listed below.

Headlight Relay Kits
Converting your headlight wiring to a modern relay type is probably one of the best 'bang for the buck' mods you can do to your classic car. A must when using modern halogen bulbs, it will also brighten your original incandescent headlights.
Normally this is done by cutting the main wiring harness and splicing in a pair of relays. Most of us try to hide the relays under or behind something as well. Not only is this a time consuming task, it can be troublesome if a connection or component fails and you have no lights!
My relay kit can be installed in less than 1 hour without cutting your harness. Not only that, it can be easily removed for shows or if it should ever fail. The kit also has built-in redundancy** that virtually guarantees that you will never be in the dark.

HRKM - Headlight Relay Kit, Mini
The Mini Relay Kit has everything you need to add relays to your headlight circuit -
without cutting your wiring harness. It is equivelant to installing relays into your main harness like we did for years, but requires no modification to the wiring harness.
The differences between this kit and the full kit are redundancy and controller size.
This kit has only one controller with two relays and uses a wiring harness to control the opposite side.
The Full and International kits have two controllers, one for each side, with twice the relays and three times the circuit protection.
Included in kit: 1 weatherproof controller, plug and play harness, 30A auto-reset circuit breaker, power wire, crimp-on connectors and easy to follow instructions.
Benefits:
- No cutting. The kit is 'plug and play'.
- If the controller goes bad, remove it. The OEM circuit will still work.
- Each 40/60 Amp 12 Volt sealed relay has Negative Spike Protection built into it. This means no spikes or feedback to upset delicate electronics.

HR001: Horn Relay kit for 66-73 models
Make those horns sound like they should! These relay kits work just like my headlight relay kits to deliver full system voltage to your horns.
Ford used horn relays on many vehicles into the early seventies. Unfortunately Mustangs after '65 and Cougars never had them.
These Heavy duty relays are C4AZ-13853 replacement units modified for use on our classic cars.

P001: Pedapter ignition adapter with switchable coil voltage for 67-71 vehicles
Deliver full battery voltage to your PerTronix ignition module, electric choke or other under hood device with a Pedapter.
This plug-in box is turned on and off with the ignition key. Primary voltage to the coil is switchable between OEM 9V and battery 12V.

SWR004: Modern Seatbelt Warning Relay for 66-72 vehicles
This innovation replaces the C6AB-10B924-x and D2AB-10B924-xx Seatbelt Warning Lamp Relays.
These are the relays that make the Seat Belts light come on at start up and turn off after 7-10 seconds.
The originals are prone to burn out and are not made anymore.
My SWR004 uses a modern timer circuit to replace your burnt out relay.

Most of us don't PLAN on driving our classics in the rain, but let's face it - it happens.
Once considered a high dollar option, variable speed wipers are an affordable modern convenience that
you don't have to live without.
All of my new products come with a lifetime repair or replace warranty. As long as you own it I will stand behind it.
Just send it back to me with a note telling me what the problem is and I will take care of it.
Used parts have a 1 year replacement warranty.

PaWS-1 Programmable Wiper System for 67-73
Ford and Mercury didn't offer delayed wipers until 1969. Up until now 67-68 owners have used
the washer pedal as a quasi-delay. My kit adds a pushbutton programmable 1-20 second delay to your classic Ford or Mercury -
without cutting your original wiring or replacing any components. Designed for 67-68 models with the 'slide' switch, it
also works on all 67-73 models with 2 speed wipers. Use with the optional stalk mounted fingertip switch and you won't even
have to reach for the wipers!

The factory switch will continue to function normally and overrides the delay.
Delay resumes when factory switch is turned off.

The PaWS Series 2 is an updated version of the Series 1 that 'remembers' your last setting - even when the system is turned off.
The remembered delay is easily overwritten through normal operation and is erased when the ignition is turned off.
The Series 2 also has a default delay of five seconds, compared to the Series 1 default of one second and is easily
programmable to the maximum setting of twenty seconds without waiting.
Included in kit: Control unit and easy to follow instructions.
Works with or without your factory switch.

OEM Windshield Wiper Variable Speed Control unit
The popular restomod that uses factory parts to add a variable delay to your 2 speed constant on wiper system.
This is a USED part. It has been tested and has a 1 year replacement warranty.
Parts are from vehicles built in the 70s and 80s and may vary slightly. All are tested on a 1969 Mercury wiper system.
These kits will work on a variety of 69-73 makes and models.
Some may require a small spacer on the switch shaft to enable washers. These kits will NOT work on 65-68 Mustangs.
NOTE: Conversion requires both the speed control unit and the variable speed wiper switch.

Clock Servicing - Ford, Lincoln, Mercury OEM BORG movements 1964-1973
Don't want to lose the classic movement of your factory clock by converting to quartz? Let me repair,
clean and adjust the original movement. I can perform minor repairs to the movement for less than half of a conversion.
If your original movement is not repairable I have a stock of repaired OEM units so I can replace the entire movement if necessary.
If I can't fix your clock I only charge $10.00 for diagnosis and refund the rest of the service charge.
Price includes a NEW set of contacts. The contacts are the most failure prone part of these clocks.
If any other parts are needed you will be contacted before any work is done.
Clock repair requires the core clock be complete and have a working set mechanism (used to set the time).
Purchase a new lens from me and I will install it free of charge.
Repaired clocks have a 2 year repair or refund warranty.
NOTE: This service is for clocks with Borg movements only. Borg type clocks are marked on the back of the case with a B.
The rectangular console clocks and many dash clocks after 1970 used General Time movements and have GT stamped into the back of the case.
Given the poor condition of most GT clocks sent in I no longer service them.

Clock Conversion to quartz - Ford, Lincoln, Mercury BORG movements
Want the accuracy and reliability of a modern quartz clock? I can convert your clock so it runs like a new one.
BORG clocks have a 'B' stamped on the back of the case.
General Time movements are stamped 'GT' and I cannot convert them to quartz.
A converted clock will not have the distinct 'click' when winding and the second hand will sweep rather than step, but
otherwise looks and installs like the original.
Converting to quartz requires the core clock be complete and have a working set mechanism (used to set the time).

M7123DC Clock Conversion - Ford, Lincoln, Mercury General Time movements 1969-1973
Ford used Borg movements in most of their clocks, but some of their specialty clocks used a General Time movement. Most of these are found in the 69-73 Mustang rectangular console clocks and the 71-73 Mustang dashboard clocks. They also used them in the '71-73 Cougar console clocks.
The movement type is stamped into the back of the case: BORG are stamped with a 'B', General Time are stamped 'GT'.
The GT movement is a rather poor design, prone to coil failures and melt downs and parts are very hard to find. I no longer service or repair GT clock movements.
Since the GT clock is so different from the Borg clock the modern quartz conversions will not work without extensive rework to the mounting plate and set mechanism. If you want a GT clock converted to quartz you will have to send it to Instrument Services, Inc. (ISI) in Machesney Park, IL - the folks that make the Borg quartz conversion kits. Or....
I can convert your GT console clock to a digital/analog stepper clock. For years I have been trying to find a solution for the burned up GT clocks out there. I finally have a solution that works great, is affordable, bolt-in and looks (almost) stock.
A converted clock will not have the distinct 'click' when winding because it does not wind.
The hands move once every 30 seconds so there is no second hand, otherwise it looks and installs like the original.
The converted clock uses very little power (less than 0.02A*) and has no motor to run 24/7 like a quartz movement.
This conversion does not use the mechanical set mechanism so broken or missing set stems are not a problem.
Purchase a new lens from me and I will install it free of charge.

* The converted clock is using .02A @ 12 volts. Compare this to a fuel gauge that uses .07A @ 6 volts (.14A @ 12V).

Gauge calibration and pointer renewal
Gauge calibration and pointer renewal of Temperature, Amps, Oil pressure or Fuel gauges.
RCCI warranty does not cover the gauges you supply to be renewed or calibrated.
Pointers are repainted to original color.
Pointer renewal consists of painting the pointer, not repairing or replacing damaged or missing pointers.
If your gauge has a damaged or missing pointer, please contact me before ordering. I may be able to replace it for an additional charge.
AMP gauges are renewed and tested but NOT calibrated.
